I am a girl from the Netherlands (so sorrie for my very bad grammar... :? !)
I Really love to astral travel.... I think I've don it a lot of time's in my dreams... I gust can not cont role it... I hate that course than It always ands up whit a damm Nightmare. I hope whit this forum and a bit of help to control it.... And learn to astral travel... I have been Reading a lot already..... but still I cant get in the fase where you can feel you're body 'shaking' though I have it on moments I cant afford it... (like a very boring class, ore when I am getting Ill...... If I manges to get to the vibrating fase.. it's gust a few very sort seconds....
If someone have some tips it would be so nice... I really Long for it.....
Being out there knowing Wat I am doing and Don't help my self in trouble for a chance... ^_^
